Mary has spent most of her career leading health system transformational initiatives in Small Island Developing States and is an experienced healthcare operational executive across the Caribbean region and the developing world. Whether launching multi-million healthcare infrastructure projects, leading targeted non-infrastructure reform, or contributing to private ventures, Mary has curated a portfolio lined with strategic depth and tactical deftness.

From infrastructure design to technology adoption to strategic policy development – Mary has touched the full continuum of a national health system. As an expert in health services trade, Mary is a published author and has presented internationally in various corners of the world.

Prior to commencing a career in international healthcare, Mary worked within the Duke Cancer Institute. Mary holds a bachelor’s from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
